Ashley's family moved to Hancock County when she was young. She grew up in Rawson, graduated from Cory-Rawson High School, then went on to Bowling Green State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In 2015, she furthered her education by earning her Real Estate license from the nationally recognized firm, Hondros College of Business.

Since joining the Danberry Family in 2018, Ashley has contributed to the company's success by consistently being a part of the top 30 agents at Danberry - In 2022, the firm achieved a record sales volume of $1,100,375,734. Ashley is also a member of the Northwest Ohio REALTORS® (NOR), National Association of REALTORS®, and she sits on the Heartland Real Estate Association board as Treasurer.

Ashley and her husband, Kurt, have been together since 2014. Although Tater Tot was their first true (fur) baby, they now have two loving sons, Ethan & Luke. Sharing an entrepreneurial spirit, Ashley and Kurt maintain a small animal farm, a handful of rentals, and two AirBNBs together. When they aren't working, they enjoy spending time with their family and friends, exploring outdoors, playing volleyball, or catching a bite to eat at local restaurants.
